We know that getting to and from your driving lessons can be a hassle. That's why we offer convenient pickup and drop-off services. Our instructors will pick you up from your home, office, or school and drop you off at the end of your lesson.

We take safety seriously, which is why all of our vehicles are equipped with dual controls. This means that our instructors can take control of the vehicle if needed, providing an added layer of safety and peace of mind.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN ADVANCE WHEN BOOKING

Payment for lessons is due in advance to confirm booking otherwise it will be assumed the booking is not required.

Cancellations within 48 hours of a booked lesson will be charged at full rate.

If a pupil does not appear for a booked lesson Instructor will wait 15 minutes before leaving, refund will not be issued and lesson will be lost.

Cancellations/Rescheduled lessons by instructor can sometimes be unavoidable but are a last resort and will be Rescheduled- refund will not be issued.

Driving tests take priority over booked lessons.

Instructors reserve the right to withdraw use of training vehicle for test if they deem pupil not to be at test standard.

10 Hour Blocks and Gift Vouchers have an expiry date of 3 months from purchase and if unused within this timescale will not be eligible for refund unless otherwise agreed with Instructor.

Abuse of any nature directed at Instructor will  not be tolerated and will result in services being withdrawn.
